Founded in 1980 under “M/S Razak Ibrahim & Co” and formerly known as “M/S Razak & Zahrin” (from 1996), the firm is well known for its work in Civil and Criminal litigation. En Zahrin and the late En Razak Ibrahim both were Senior Practitioners has built the firm’s reputation of excellence through outstanding Legal Services rendered to their Clients.
- Then a New Partnership was created with En Zahrin and the firm name was then changed to “M/S Razak & Zahrin” when En. Zahrin Ishak was made a Partner of the original firm in May 1996, subsequently the firm was joined by En. Emrad Juandi Mohd Fadzil as a Partner in January 1998 and followed by Pn Islina Esa in January 2001. In the later years Haji Razak Ibrahim had decided to reform its original firm and hence En Zahrin reconstituted a new firm on the 31st of December 2000 and hence the name of the firm of “M/S ZAHRIN EMRAD & ISLINA” which was established on January 2001.
- In March 2008, Islina had decided to move her career from the firm and therefore; the remaining partners appointed Sujaihah Abd Ghafar to be the new Partner of the firm from December 2008 and hence on August 2009 the entire partner agreed to rename the firm name to “M/S ZAHRIN EMRAD & SUJAIHAH” from 1st of January 2010.
- Presently in 2025 the firm has two of its founding Partners En Zahrin Ishak and En Emrad Juandi and two Legal Assistants and has since been conducting its Legal Practice at 10th Floor, Unit 10.3, Yee Seng Building, 15 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur.
